I bought a good amount of credits on Hex and it said something along the lines of 'purchase cancelled you have not been charged' and I check on the website and the robux is gone? Help? |

You most likely tried this while there was some maintenance on the currency : yes, that did happen some time ago, you could not pay with currency in that time. But, you did however still lose your robux : This can not be fixed by any of use, but i guess the best bet is to contact the ROBLOX, although it's unlikely someone will fix it for you.
Either way, if this really happend while there was maintenance on the currency : (there was a big bar on the top of the site telling you so!) it's basically kind of your fault. If this didn't happen during that time, i'm sorry. I hope you can get your Robux back by contacting them, or possibly other ways. |

Oh, it did not show it at the time of me playing the game, because it just said the site is down for maintenance or something. |

All this is is a transaction error, as there might be a flaw in the transaction system, so maybe its not charging you as its a bit bugged.
