Mobilize Panzer army and set them up across Historia as a protection force.
Continue training Panzer drivers.

Start a military training program supplied with STG-44's as BMT weapons.
Work on a specialized training program supplied with any weapon that might be used in a specialty. (i.e. Luger P08 for the Medics/maybe a Thompson, i.e. a musket for the cannon-fodder, all of that) |

Do a mass recruitment for the Youth Corps.
In fact, just recruit everybody in History Kingdom as militia and train them immediately; their task is to protect History Kingdom until they're well-trained enough to be taken on as full military members. |

Screw the "Military training" plan, just keep the old volunteer-or-be-drafted for military style, keeping the militia to protect the enclaves. |

Okay, I guess it's rather hard to explain the idea, but,
the idea is that when they're needed, the militia will come to their respective specialties. For the time in-between, they're just regular civilians with military training.
The regular military remains the same. |
