1: Tennessee
Specially the area I live in. Extremely nice, low crime rate (except Memphis area) Lots of nature. Small town feel. Everyone is very nice. West Tennessee is boring though.
2: Georgia
I spend on average over 1 month a year here. Lots of nature (well really only north georgia) For the most part people are nice. Couple down sides.
3. Arkansas
This is how you know states I rank below it are bad. This place is poor and only a couple places actually look good.
4. Florida

5. New York
Do I have to explain. (mostly goes for NYC) Everyone smokes, way too crowded. People are extremely rude.
