Section I: As we all know you are able to arrest a player when they are dead but still on the ground, this gives that person no self defense or what so ever, therefore making it a downside to the person being detained
Section II: I'd like to make this law over the circumstances- You may dead-body arrest player IF the player resets, If you kill the player you may not dead-body arrest that player, If you body arrest that player the act states it is Illegal, therefore if the criminal/player records you killing him/her and body arresting you MAY take that person to court.
