If you can make a game, then make one, it is always better to have something than not to, i guarantee that there are tons of people out there on ROBLOX waiting for a game like this to be created, but they cannot find it, people browsing the the forum are merely 10% of the ROBLOX population, getting peoples opinion of what to create or not will not always be a positive response, simply because the forum is more for mature people instead of people who enjoy playing games on ROBLOX.
Although this may not be something that would have more than thousands of people playing at the same time, you could still make a good profit from it and make people happy that are waiting for something like this to happen.
All i am really saying is that whatever people may say, to create or not to, you have full authority of your own actions. Nobody every told Loleris to create a murder game, nobody every told thegamer101 to create a sword fighting game, they all did it because they enjoyed building and scripting, out of their own desire and their own action a great game was born that everybody could enjoy.
Simply said that asking the forum if you should build a certain game or not shouldn't make a difference, not that it is wrong to do so. But if you are asking for my opinion, then here is my answer:
Go ahead! I would love to experience a game that has been titled at the front page a couple times, but are actually just fakes and turn out to be some boring tycoon game. I don't see many games that offer great game play experiences, i would love to see more games that aren't always based off of fighting. The only games i really see in the front page right now are tycoons and shooter/killer games. I turned away from playing ROBLOX games for a long time now, and only build and script for that reason alone, there aren't any enjoyable games anymore because they are always based off of violence. Even though ROBLOX should be a kid-friendly environment.
That is all i have to say, good luck! I am looking forward to seeing this in progress, basically saying i am rooting for you! We need less violence games. |
