Introduction: Zircon Empire has just gotten out of a war that I should not have started and I apologize to my members for this. Due to this, I am writing this thread to get everything straight with everybody in Zircon Empire and to discuss Zircon Empire’s future. NFC/ZE War: I have not yet announced this to Zircon Empire, but I have surrendered to NFC. This war was tearing Zircon Empire apart. We were killing Zircon Empire’s morale and we were also losing members. If my members are not satisfied, I am not satisfied. I hope I have cleared everything up on this subject. Each night, a high-rank will be notified that he or she is hosting. A good reason is necessary if the high-rank notified is unable to host. Each high rank should have admin now as well. During the event that a high-rank is hosting, joshbosh and myself will be overseeing the high-rank. After the event is over, we will critique. After this week’s high-rank training, high-ranks will be off on their own to support Zircon Empire. I will no longer be hosting as much as I do. I will be expecting an event every night. Zircon Empire is now looking for extra high-ranks as well. Please fill out the application below if you are interested. Of course, Zircon Empire needs a development team to do this. Zircon Empire will be releasing a development team during this week. We are looking for developers to help of course. If you are a developer and would like to help Zircon Empire grow, please message me three examples of your work. Now, on another note, we are also releasing a final battle team this week. We will be hosting tryouts either this week or next week to those who are interested. Recruitment: Zircon Empire is still reviving as everybody knows. We are always looking for ways to increase our activity. If you as a member would like to help Zircon Empire grow, then send recruitment messages, invite your friends, or go to the plaza and recruit. Remember, for every three people you recruit, you get a promotion. Alliances: Zircon Empire has narrowed down their alliances to four trusted allies. If you remain as an ally, you are highly respected by myself and my high ranks. We hope our alliance will forever prosper. Zircon Empire will not be accepting any more alliances unless they are allies that we feel will help Zircon Empire become a better clan. I have already made some rookie decisions with my short time as a leader of Zircon Empire, but that does not stop me from making Zircon Empire the best is possibly can be for its members. I also believe that I have chosen the best high ranks that wish to make Zircon Empire the best possible for our members.
