[GENERAL]
[{The Conquest Begins}]
Today, the Empire celebrates what will soon be a tremendous occasion in it's history. The event is televised across the system, and addressing it is the Holy Emperor himself, as he is seen stepping onto the pedestal. Presiding with him are the four Councillors, "War", "Discovery", "Treasury" and "Prosperity", each on their respective seats.
"Citizens of the Empire," he begins, "this day marks the beginning of a new age of prosperity! In thanks to the effort of our *Enlighteners, we now possess the capabilities of ferrying beyond our own light! No longer are we confined to the short influence of our star!..."
The speech goes on for a little while, and by the time it was finished, several soldiers and colonists alike are sent off into the sky, their vessels reaching for the distant stars. Soon, they will each find a system to colonise and integrate into the Empire, no matter who got to it first.

"Construction fairs well so far, no issues with structure...Continuing onward." The drones floated about, the Orbital Broadcast Stations were just finished with the exterior, what now mattered was getting the electrical components to work, and the interior to be renovated and redone. Along with the obvious need for oxygen.
[Explorer Ships]

The two vessels slowly moved through their system, taking a thorough look at each planets, drones had picked up materials on the abandoned worlds, getting a understanding of what was down there. The process would, quite obviously take some time. Another small drone was sent back through space, jumping with the same engines that the explorer vessel had, back to Rho, to inform the Sigma Council of the discoveries.

The command vessels were nearing fifty percent completion, robotic arms danced around the vessels as they applied metal plating, carefully putting together the frame of the long, slanted vessels. Painted with a blue line like the rest, they were quite small, but one could only hope the speed would protect the command staff.

Discovering a deposit of rare minerals on a planet in the Rho system, many corporations begin funding a project to discover what these minerals are, what they could used for, and what could be made.
A man by the name of Altul Lance would be particularly important in this event of discovery, as the future would unfold... |

The Queen pulls a few of the exploring and hunting parties back to feed the Scidians. In the mean time, they hunt smaller wildlife inside the claimed territory.

Rebellions in key parts of Kanami territory have been eliminated, due to their lack of organization and weaponry. They did have a sizable force, which is a cause of worry for the council and king of the Kanami monarch. Soldiers now set their sights on the more minor parts of the Kanami territory.
[=ECONOMY=]
Ever-drawing closer to an all time low, drastic measures must be put into effect in order to repair the weakened economy of Kanami. Trade must begin with other civilizations outside of the Urdonian system, though as of yet no knowledge of civilizations other than their enemies in the Urdonian system has revealed itself.
[=OPERATION PILGRIM=]
A large group of ships filled with goods and money prepare to take off into space. There are military ships, though few, and they're more to take fire from enemy ships while the other ships retreat, honestly.

The first step in forging a super soldier Aressa is to begin work on designing their power armor. It would be unique to them, and would work to be a highly advanced suit capable of minimizing damage to them and enhancing the amount of damage they can deal. Only the best of the best would be accepted into the program. Select soldiers begin going through trials to see if they are good enough to be a Peace Keeper. |

After the festivities were over, the people of the Kellus system returned to their daily business, and so did the Councillors. They meet in Imperial Hall, where they host regular debates on certain matters. This time, their argument revolves around the possibilities of meeting another empire beyond their own scope.
"... therefore, it is not unreasonable to assume that we may encounter another nation beyond our system; one which may possess characteristics that could defy all known reasoning," says [Valius], the Councillor of Discovery.
"Perhaps you may be correct, Councillor Discovery. And if you are, then it would neither be folly to assume that such an empire would pose a threat to Kellus," says Councillor War, [Kemna].
"Nay, it would not," replies Valius, "However, it would be unwise to initiate open hostilities on such empire. If you were to only take a moment to realize the benefits of such a meeting, we could learn a lot from-"
"From a foreign power that understands as much about us as we do of them?" said [Pegnus], Councillor of Prosperity, "You would suggest that we try to 'understand' that which cannot be understood? And what if they intended to deceive to us, to lower our guard down and spread falsities to our populace, would we try to 'understand' them by then?"
"And yet again, Pegnus, you place your worries on false threats," says [Alnn], the Councillor of Treasury, "Perhaps we may be unable to comprehend these foreign creatures, but that does not mean we should seclude ourselves from them entirely. Contrarily, such an opportunity may provide the Empire with a new revenue to exploit! We needn't worry about whether or not we could understand the nature of these 'spatial empires'. Rather, we need to worry about whether we can translate their languages for our contracts and treaties."
This debate would continue to go on for some time, but they should have their answer by the time they make contact... probably. |

[Colonization]
The planet of Dedanifa is found to be quiet desolate. But, it does house a impressive supply of gases for industrial uses. It might be worth it, considering iron is reasonable here. A basic outpost is set up, and is ensured to be self-sufficient for energy and food.
Some old wrecks are found by the Marines, and become somewhat as a research topic...
[Research]
From the old wrecks, a rough idea of some sort of innersystem drive, that would render the specific Planetary Links obsolete. It wouldn't function outside a system, but maybe... The research begins, though slowly as no one knows how to fully accomplish it.
[Economy]
Characteristic of the flexibility of the Ienmiau system, any decrease is matched with a equal increase somewhere... However, it doesn't help that the system is always flexing around. |

The O.B.S stations were nearing their completion as humans walked aboard, the stations would soon be staffed and thus the media would be easily transferred. But those who opposed the idea were right at first, the Sigma Alliance had not forgotten war, and the O.B.S stations had large hangars for the purpose of not just housing many vehicles, but to be refitted into a construction station. One to produce military vessels of all sizes, and in many numbers.
But, there was no reason for that, not now, hopefully, not ever. In news of construction, the two command vessels had been completed and were sent to the Tau and Rho system, in which the fleets easily patrolled about, securing the dominance of the small military.
[Explorer Ships]

"Scans have been completed, minerals collected."
"Alright, turn tail and head home."
Both vessels followed along the same line- they turned about after their collection of materials, minerals and other such things was complete, and they got information on each world. They would then jump from the systems, back to Rho.
[Research]

The vessels filled with personnel from the corporations landed on the planet, the cities filled with activity and with the noise from the distant factories, buzzing engines and numerous vehicles. Those personnel selected were given seats on vehicles, which would lift off and approach the location of the rare minerals. |

On the borders of Sigma space, the station's put there receive a call...
"We're getting radio waves, sir!" The station's commander seemed to be in a panic, clicking on a few buttons before the hologram appeared- the radio waves were a sort of code, a request to communicate. The commander adjusted himself in his chair. "Open the channel! Get me third fleet on the line, this isn't the explorer fleet and it surely ain't gonna' be easily let off if their armed to the teeth." The holograms flickered, the operators at their terminals with their heads down constantly pressed numerous, varying buttons. Eventually, the channel was opened.
"Hello, I'm a command of Station 21, border of Sigma Alliance space. Foreign vessel, is there any reason why you are here?"
[Altul Lance]

"Treat it like any other day..." The crews put on their gear, soon walking out of the "mobile" bunker and moving into the thick smoke emitted by the strange materials. They marched with their equipment, heading toward a large crystal protruding out of the ground, a shining blue light. "Alright, we'll begin making a clear cut from here..."
The equipment began cutting the crystal, before long the top fell over, Altul observed the crystal with curiosity before the man in charged knocked him over the head. "-which is why we don't stand long and wait for the crystal to move itself, Altul." The man stated, in Which Altul gave a guarded look before picking up the crystal with another member of the crew. Carrying it back to the table.
Then, the ground shook. A violent, loud cracking noise exposing the middle of the ground, a dark abyss, the crew in a panic began to dart around, feet clattering against rock, screams in the distance. Altul caught up in all the panic quickly was knocked over, rolling into the abyss....

After some observation and scans, the info was transported back to the control room. Heavy breathing among the humans was all that was heard in the station's room, all of the personnel acknowledging quite well, these weren't human beings. "They're aliens..." a single voice would break the silence, the commander soon would transmit his response. "Uh, yes, I understand you very well."
[Altul Lance]

The cracked, torn suit was all that was seen by Altul at first, eyes slowly peeling open to see the flashing blue light, strangely shaped figures, a energy beam wiping around the room. It was clear this wasn't exactly where he was prior, wherever that abyss lead to, it wasn't a place anyone would be too fond of...
The strange humming of the alien creatures of the underground would surround him, all soon moving away in a manner of hovering, their clothing- being tattered pieces -would wave around in the underground cavern. Altul, getting up, would quite well understand something disturbing, he was breathing, which shouldn't be possible with all the foreign, alien material in the air...It was fact such material from the crystals killed human beings when taken in through the lungs...
And then the humming started again, the creatures hovering over another being, after another, all on strange rock tables. They were wildlife, but were quite well beyond death, disintegrated, by who knows what. "Why..." Altul would state, before falling over once more. |

Ienmiau-

The Holy Seer, Guardian Emperor of the Ienmiau, has just killed a man... As the blood continues to pool on the floor and the dead senator's corpse remains unmoving, the rest of the Senate delegation stand in complete silence. At last, though, the Emperor speaks.
"One, one figure or being does not question the Emperial Holy Seer. The very question on legitimacy has been solved, unless they have been appointed by Caeluia's Honored, and brought to power by themselves. Are they clear on the question on hand, or is justice again required in defense?" The Emperor says, his voice hollow, uncaring, distant. The Senators, their conspirating comrade now a corpse, make the pledge and quickly depart.*
[Colonization]
Dedanifa and the other ice planet, Xeicum, both begin to slowly grow. Xeicum grows more so, as it already has a established colony. Both planets, areas of which fuel reserves of different kinds, help balance out the ore-rich desert planets.
[Culture]
Approaching is the Day of Leaium for the Ienmiau. The day, which marked the formation of the Senate after the overthrow of a Usurping False Emperor, is almost always accompanied by the rival ESD Marines and SC Shock troop regiments staging a mock invasion by the Marines against the Shock Troop main fortress. |

[MILITARY: Colonies]
After many lightyears of traveling, the colony vessels found their new site within the [Secune system]. It is a mountainous world now dubbed [Monque], with many mountains, valleys, and hills inbetween. The initial scans of the world reveals it to have high deposits of various metals, suitable for fixing a torn economy. Or, to build new machinations of war with.
A new signal is sent out back to the homeworld to alert their governors of the successful landing, which may take some time to travel.
[SCIENCE]
On the iceball planet of Hemus, a new breakthrough had been made. Although it has yet to be approved for public knowledge, it is believed it will prove to be instrumental in defending their planets from extraterrestrial invaders.
Simply, the idea is to fire highly concentrated energy at invading ships, in an attempt to disrupt their power systems. Research into the possibilities of such a weapon continues with high hopes from both enlighteners and military leaders. |

Exploration
Due to recent shortages of raw minerals in the home system, Congress has approved multiple exploratory ships to look for planets with the necessary minerals for mining operations or possible future colonies. They are also encouraged to try to set up a trade deal with any civilization detected that has the minerals. All the exploration ships are equipped with warp drives and the most advanced cloaking technology and sensors available to RA. (Considering my tech level, I should be undetectable on the most part.)

Villages are complete.
There is a large map of the planet's geography in the hatching room. (Where Queen sleeps too.).
The main land, where The Hive resides, is called the Rtu'Veshaal, meaning the 'Land of Origin' by the Scidians. It is a large plains, dotted with caves and lakes. The largest lake, where are rivers connect from is almost completely clear. The Hive believes that this is the 'Holy grounds', and is named Laafien which means exactly
that.
To the south from Rtu'Veshaal, is a large and dense jungle. All parties that had to go through this jungle were delayed due to it's complex system. The trees are packed together so tightly that there's no light in it. Many Scidians have been lost, assumed dead. The flora are large meat eating plants, which put their seeds in the roots of trees, where the vine wraps around the tree and a 'head' resembling a venus' fly trap's head is where it eats. Named the Digg O'Lacht, meaning 'The Deep Grave'
To the North is where the land gets colder and rougher, first from rolling hills to towering mountain ranges. There is more water here, forming deep canyons and rivers beside a few mountains. There is also lots of connecting plateaus, where the villages there were put. Called the Veistuun generally meaning 'Death Valleys"
At the west, there is a river connecting to the east, creating a large ocean surrounding Digg O'Lacht and Veistuun. The two connecting oceans are called Tes Toos (West) and Gel'Oram (East). They both mean 'Drowning gods'.
A wall is being constructed around Laafien, guarded with bersekers, spartans and warriors.
The Queen mates, for this new time, called the Protheus. She dies, but gives birth to 1 Queen and 5 'Savants'.
Savants: A new line of Scidians, each governing the lesser lands. (Laafien, Digg O'Lacht, Veistuun, Tes Toos and Gel'Oram.) They are similar to the Queen, but each are a whiteish color. They have have general control over their lands, but when needed, the Queen can overrule the Savants. However, if the Savants are mentally stronger than the Queen, they are not affected. Each Savant are named differently depending on what land they're governing. (Will name later.)
The Religion has also improved. Their belief is that each land is owned by a god, Rtu' the strongest and eldest. |

[Research]
The system recovered from the wreck is actually like the early Light Warp drives, used to connect the planets early on. So, maybe it's easy afterall.
A new design for the ships is approved, one more focused on removing any ability for intersystem travel but allowing greater electronic equipment.
[Culture]
The Day of Leaium... The capital is lit up with offers to the Saint Leaium, founder of the Senate and restorer of the faith. As tradition, though, hundreds of organized fights( Some legal, others not) spring up to share in the Saint's violent methods. The true masterpiece, however, is the ESD personally led by the Holy Seer, his Emperor and the SC led by the Senate command. This day, the SC holds strong and wins the mock invasion... But there is always next year!*
[Colonization]
Progress continues on the wreckage found on Dedanifa, and what looks like remains are found... Strange...
*Just because the Ienmiau are peaceful and cultural, doesn't mean they don't idolize their commanders. Leaium is the most respect, considering he overthrew a false Emperor using nothing but a couple regiments of Marines and some cargo vessels. That, and he did actually beat the false Emperor in a amazing duel.*
**For some strange reason or another, Ienmiau Emperor's are hard to kill and can fight like skilled demons. |

"We ask nothing more than for you to remain still until our ambassador arrives to discuss the matter presented."
With the information transported back to the capital world back in the Sigma System, a ambassador had arisen, rushed to the nearest corvette that could get to Station 21 the quickest. In some mere minutes, it warped in, the tiny unarmed vessel getting access to the radio channel via the station.
"Hello ambassador and merchant Corcusa, if you do not mind, my name is irrelevant as the request you make is very important. The Sigma Alliance has not made contact with any civilization, more importantly, we never knew of any other sentient race until now. We would be happy to open up and trade as our stations are rather empty, but we do request to have coordinates to the Urdonian 'mega system' so our vessels may return the honor with giving our own materials."
[Altul Lance]

Altul would open his eyes one more, a hazy vision and strange beeping noises would greet him. A bright light covering his vision, and chattering...He was in a medical room, one meant for examination. The chattering would stop and soon be replaced by gasps and panic as he would move his head, cold metal binds keeping him to a table. "He's awake!"
The chattering was no longer there, neither gasps, only the sound of people running, and then, metal doors slamming into the ground. The metal binds would be released, and Altul would slowly get up. Rubbing his head with one hand, Altul would look around, the room surrounded by windows, men and woman in lab coats observed with curiosity and fear, the intercom soon buzzing. "Altul Lance, is it? Yes, you're currently being...processed." A man in a suit would state on the other side with the rest. "What?...Whats going on?" Altul would state fearfully, getting onto his feet.
"Look at your left arm."
Following what the man stated, Altul would look down to his left, long rectangular and circular black markings covered his skin up to the wrist and back to the shoulder. A blue shockwave was emitted from his plam as he extended his fingers- bouncing off the windows and dying as it crashed into some medical equipment. Altul would examine the destroyed equipment in confusion and fear before looking back at the man in the suit. He whom seemed calm about the situation. "Just as we all thought. Someone get a report back to the chief of staff, the theories were correct."

With another alien race, the Sigma Council would declare that another fleet was to be constructed, a fourth fleet, one meant to patrol the outer perimeter of Sigma space in order to maintain order. Then, a fifth fleet meant to patrol the east side, a sixth for the north, and 7th for the south. The last fleet, the 8th, meant as a quick reaction force.
Of course many thought this was a premature reaction, assuming that the Empire was the only alien race out there was a good guess by many theorists. But, it would be brought up that the ancestors of the Sigma Alliance, those scientists, rebels, outcasts and others whom left Earth, once thought no planet would be suitable for life. In the long travel, they found their capital world and the Sigma System. And as the Council would reflect on this, they would state that the impossible was indeed possible- more could be out there, and hostilities would be possible as well.
[Research]

Research teams were organized to find new ways to propel vessels in space, to increase the velocity of these ships and the maximum speed in which the engines could propel them at. Another team was to seek new ways to make thicker hulls for the vessels, to prevent hull breaches and the alike.
[Economy]

With five fleets being requested (4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th) the economy would become strained, taxes increase in order to maintain the construction of these ships, and even more money would be poured into training the crews needed to man the fleets and their vessels. |

The Savants have grown, along with the Queen. They are protected by Berserkers as they lead groups of Scidians to their lands.
The Scidians rejoice for this new age, but look out to the great seas. There is land beyond that, not large land, but small isles.
Wildlife has grown restless because of the Scidian buildings. Geitu, large hairless creatures which have a similar body structure like a gorilla's with large tusks coming beside their teeth, are the most disturbed. They attack the Savants parties, the wall around Laafien, and The Hive. |
