New Robloxia Community Act: adds these ordinances.

Ord 1: Roadway Definition:
A roadway is defined as a street intended for vehicular traffic.
Ord 2: Blocking Traffic:
Any person that is standing in the roadway, as defined in Ord. 50, in intent to obstruct the traffic flow, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a $1000, or 7 minutes of jail. You can also face both a fine, and a imprisonment.
Ord. 3: Discharging a Firearm
Any person that discharged a firearm in the city is guilty of a misdemeanor, which is punishable by a $1000 dollar fine, 7 minutes of jail, or both a fine and imprisonment.
Ord. 4: LEOs are exempted from order 60, proving they are following the guidelines of the NRPD.
Ord 5: Any moving object on wheels is not allowed on the sidewalk, unless stationary.
Ord 6: Any legal vendor's cart or food stand is allowed on the sidewalk with a permit.
Ord 7: Smoking:
All smoking items are banned from the following; Public Parks, Government Establishments, and Establishments that ban smoking. If caught, a fine is subject up to $500.
Ord 8: Tickets:
If a persons receives more than 5 tickets, he/she may be prisoned or revoked of their car.
Ord 9: Controlled Substances:
If a persons is found in possession of controlled substances, he/she will be jailed for 7 minutes.
Ord 10: Medical use of controlled substances:
Medical Plants being used only for medical purposes will void Ordinance 9.
Ord 11: Firearm Stages:
Stage 1 firearms are such as but not limited to: Pistols, Semi-Automatic Pistols.
Stage 2 firearms are such as but not limited to: Sub-machine guns, pump-action shotguns, automatic rifles, and heavy pistols.
Stage 3 firearms are such as but not limited to: Machine Guns, sniper rifles, and all modified weapons.
Ord 12: Possession of firearm:
If a persons is found in possession of a firearm without a gun permit, he/she will be jailed for 7 minutes.
Ord 13: If a persons discharges any firearm, even with a gun permit, he/she will still be fined under Ordinance 3.
Ord 14: Possession of Stage 3 firearms:
Any person found with a Stage 3 firearm, will be arrested for 7 minutes plus fined $2000.
Ord 15: Possession of Stage 2 firearms:
Any persons discharging a Stage 2 firearm may only be on their property to protect their well-being. Stage 2 firearms also must be concealed at all times, only to be discharged to protect your well-being. A gun permit must be present to be in possession of a Stage 2 Firearm.
Ord 16: Possession of Stage 1 Firearms:
A gun permit must be present to be in possession of a Stage 1 Firearm. Stage 1 Firearms can only be conceal-carried, and can be carried anywhere. Stage 1 firearms can be discharged for self-defense.
Ord 17: Under the influence
If a persons fails sobriety, and endangers the enviroment, he/she will be fined $500. If a persons fails sobriety, and operates machinery/cars, he/she will be fined $500 and jailed for 7 minutes.

Ord 18: Searches and warrants
A LEO must have an approved search warrant to search a home, business, or private property.
SUSPICION CLAUSE: If a police officer is suspicious of a person, he/she may frisk the person under his/her's consent. Any illegal firearm or substance may be seized.
OPEN-AREA CLAUSE: If a property has illegal firearms, controlled substances, or other crime activity in the open, an officer may conduct a random search of the property. Any illegal firearm or substance may be seized.
BOROUGH CLAUSE: In between boroughs, at the end of each bridge, and officer may conduct a stop and search on the persons and his/her's car. Any illegal firearm or substance may be seized.
THERMAL IMAGING CLAUSE:
An advanced technology used by law enforcement to detect whether an unusually high amount of heat is emanating from a premises, suggesting the commercial cultivation of plant indoors. Substances may be seized.
Ord 6: Any legal vending cart or stand is excluded from Ordinance 5.
Ord 7: Smoking:
