Captain Titus, of Spess Mehreen. This man 1v5's Bloodletters, takes on thousands of orks alone and dozens of Chaos Marines with a chainsword and a bolter, and beats the snot out of an ascending daemon prince with a chainsword in freefall. He survives it all, to boot. And is then taken in by the Inquisition for suspected heresy, but that's another thing entirely.
