Add an outline to the new nametags

I can live with them but please add an outline so you can read them against white backgrounds

Yeah. I was in a raid today and I couldn't tell who was on which team because our uniforms were similar. Not sure why they felt the need to make the names updated, but this is worse than the NPC chat update. And equally useless. Please add an outline for all that is black and evil.
