When an owner leaves a group

This idea has been said before but If an owner leaves a group without giving the group to someone else, the next highest rank gains ownership. However he must already have BC.

Nope, Whoever clicks the own group button first. Get's the group.. If the owner really wanted someone else to take his place. He would transfer his ownership
