I don't know why the time zone is different from the time zone in the site. The time zone should detect the time zone from one's computer.
The only thing that is wrong with the time zone is because it will affect players because of:
1. Moderation Actions.
The player lives in GMT, but the ban happened on 3/20/15 9:32 AM. The player waited to reactivate on 3/21/15 9:32 AM, but it is time to reactivate it, but the ban is still here.
2. Group Meetings.
The player receives a message for a group meeting, but the time will the meeting start is Pacific Time or certain time zones.. The player lives in GMT, and they will say: We will start a meeting at 10:00 am Pacific Time, but they have to wait an hour or two for it to start or before it happens.
3. Time when Place or Certain Item is Updated:
The time was incorrect because the player lives in GMT, but the time updated was Pacific Time. This did not mean it was the time from one's computer.
