NOT an add-on for Chrome, like a seperate browser like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc.. I need one that runs a proxy constantly, any ones you know off?

well you said "I need one that runs a proxy constantly" which kinda contradicts that either way i don't know i'm tech-illiterate and i don't ever need to use proxies sorry
