Line saying "[Player Name] Is Typing" When typing in a chat.

Sometimes you are in a party with someone and they are typing slowly, this makes you think "Are they afk or what?". I know this is just a small problem but it would still be nice to have a small line saying "[Player Name] Is Typing" When the other user is typing.
