So I've got some major sht to try to do in this forum.
The first is to try to finish my Distant Worlds RP rewrite. Basically, it's about a ravaged Earth where most people are stuck on and a domed space station the size of Jacksonville, Florida where rich-asses live and try to murder the president of the space station.
The second is to attempt to stop one-lining and start putting up paragraph-length actions. |

Anyway, if you want help adding detail to your posts, I advise reading The Wheel of Time, a series of about 15 books by Robert Jordan (who died with three books left to publish so he gave the rights of the series to Brandon Sanderson to finish up). The Wheel of Time has so much extraneous detail that many people can't finish reading it, and it took me a whole year to read the series in it's entirety (Well, eleven months, then I waited a year for the last book to come out, and I read that in about three weeks). |

I know, but the detailed book I've read so far is The Roar and The Whisper, which is about the separated twins Ellie and Mika in a "apocalyptic" half of an future Earth.

Seriously though your idea could be interesting if it is done right though I feel there needs to be more detail before I can form a proper opnion. I don't understand why the rich people want to kill the president of this space station and without knowing that nothing else seems to make much sense. But if you refine it and give it more detail as I am sure you will then I will most understand it a lot more.
Also avoiding one liners is really important as it gives you and those RPing with you more to work with and a better understanding of what is going on. Though I wouldn't write paragraph length every post as I have learnt that to do so at times I tend to repeat myself within the post which leads to some of the comment becoming useless. Averaging around 2 - 3 lines would be a pretty good aim. |

Exactly.
I will try to elaborate on why the rich people want to kill the president. The space station is run by the corrupt totalitarian government with it's changes over the years being the result of the president slowly losing his sanity. The citizens do not like it and try to murder the president in an attempt to bring the space station back to former glory.
Oh yeah, and two-to-three-liners would work with me too. |
