Perhaps make it a little more clear about where to send the names of people who passed a class? A guide for the WOs for passing each class?

Special times for each day like 4:00 for class 1 then 5:00 for class 2

Change the ranking system, I have yet to be ranked up from a passed stage 1 class 2 weeks ago. It needs to be more efficient.

What I like: I feel the academy creates more experienced WO's, as they need to show proper knowledge in all areas concerning an officer's abilities. What I feel could be improved: More classes should be held for all stages.

I have seen people who are immature at stage 2 and 3... That looks like the old GW..

We should have a team GUI,It isn't so cool to join everytime as a "Visitor" and requiring an HR to :team you. Besides that,we should have schedules for classes,and each stage class should last at least 45 minutes.We should divide the classes,like in real life,ie: -Stage Two class- 1st schedule:Ship parts 2nd schedule:Ship tactics 3rd schedule:Ship formations 4th schedule:Ground tactics. And it goes like that for each stage,according to the subjets teached on such.

Having a class schedule rather than the times being erratic would be helpful. Other than that, it's fine so far.

Perhaps getting around to hosting a stage III class for the Acting-Lieutenants who have waited for a while.. About a month. So far it's only been stage I and II classes. When are we ever going to get our chance?
