As much as I hate to say it, there is much truth in that statement. Coming from someone who spent almost 3 (god forsaken) years in TRC, a lot changed from when it was just a little 1.2k group to almost 27k. Respect has been all but lost, and many HR's do nothing about this. Despite being informed of all the problems in TRC, they persist and say how it will get better. But will it? Will it really? Those were all problems that have been happening before, but now they are all on an magnified scale. And with the little help any sort of HR's are giving, I doubt it will ever get better. Those who do not get better will become bitter. Bitterness causes contention. Contention causes groups to fall. TRC is not get better, and in fact, is dissolving in its current state. I left because I saw this all happening weeks ago. I saw it months ago, but I stayed to try to improve it. And while we didn't improve, the rate of decline was much much slower. I retired because the change would do nothing good. I had hoped to make it better, but I see now that all of that would end up being in vain. And I don't see why anyone would stay. It's falling apart before the eyes of everyone, and there are those who are sitting there saying, "I can fix it." Then do nothing to make it any better. This has been nice to clear up. As my grandma would say, "It's okay if you disagree with me. I can't force you to be right."

one of my groups RG is falling apart too. We are getting it back togather though. You need all HRs in a meeting. You need to talk about what is good and bad. Right now our army is inactive. Everyone one is joining the government but not the army. We deal with this by all HRs sit down and talk. We talk about why its not active and how we can get people to join. Even though Rockpot was/is the best group they need to get in a meeting and talk. They need to change. Got to fix things not break things.

@Municipal I'm so sorry to hear that Fedora. I'm actually kinda not surprised that you retired... Seeing all the hate from other departments were kinda heart-breaking. But now you're retired! And a lot of people now are being relieved because of this. lol. I think you've learned a valuable lesson here with TRC. I hope that never happens again! Anyways, I hope you do better with Norfolk.
