Hey Boys1998... I hope you remember the good 'ol days of TRC.. 2010-2012... what are your opinions of those times?? Better than now?? I love TRC to my heart, and hearing you say TRC is horrible, I can HONESTLY agree with you.. but it still makes me tear up, to know the one man I LOVED since just after I first started ROBLOX, wa quitting the group I worked for, for years... The professionalism within TRC is one of the reasons I left TRC about a year ago. I stay affiliated with the State through RDOT though. The only thing that really kept me affiliated with RDOT was the desire to see and use the tow trucks. After they were released it was great and at one point I thought about joining TRC again to prove a point. I got tired of doing my job as tow truck driver and getting pulled for no reason, officers thinking they could park where ever they wanted and not have to worry about getting towed because they are an officer, and officers following me while I was driving to then pull me when i took a tight right turn and might have clipped a curb. While I was a Tow Truck Driver I looked at how the Police vehicles were parked before I ever looked at the civilians vehicles. I did this to then try to get it through a bunch of people's heads that it doesn't matter what your rank or social status is, but that if you break the law, illegally park, or think they can go as fast as they want that they're wrong. I'm going to go ahead and admit it now that I did tow a few vehicles that had their light bar on because the sole purpose of it being on was that they knew, or thought, that the vehicle couldn't be towed if it had it on. I also got into several heated discussions with some officers that wound up being RDOT Instructors that would threaten to Suspend me for towing their vehicle when it was illegally parked. My response was and always be the same. I would tell them that their vehicle is illegally parked and continue with my tow. When they would try to stop me I would get the CO on scene and have the person removed, or they would then stop with their junk and I would take the vehicle to be despawned. Every time people would say that they would suspend me I would let them know that I was recording, as I am always recording, and that they can suspend me and I'll upload the video and send it to their Superior. Another thing I would tell them was that if they want to command me around then they would have to be on the team that would allow them to do so as each department runs itself and I can not and will not be told how to do my duty by someone who is not on the team. At times they would then switch teams and tell me to drop the vehicle; however, I had stated on the radio that I was Code 1 and i would ignore all radio traffic until I was done with my call and back available. One of the many problems TRC has is that many of the HR's will hold trainings and promote their friends and not the people who have actually earned the position. I experienced this first hand when I first started out with TRC. It took me a year to get to the Investigator rank, I took 8 months to get promoted from Recruit to Detective, and only a few months for Detective to Investigator. This was not from lack of attending trainings either, I would go to nearly every training held and stay for the whole thing. Once I started using RaidCall and would attend trainings you would see who was friends in the training and who wasn't going to be promoted. If you would look at the channels you would see people in the training channel and then the trainer would be in their office with their friends. At the end of the training you would then see the people in the office be promoted and very rarely 1 or 2 people who weren't. While I was in TRC I tried, and was successful, in proving that not all LR's idiots. There is a small percentage of LR's that actually know how to handle situations better than many HR's. I have complete faith in the new state and departments that you are starting because I feel like I know how you would like things to be run, because you're doing many things like I would if given the opportunity to do so. These new groups have the potential to become, if not already, the most professional and realistic role-play groups on Roblox.

You right I agree total with this. The AC didn't put to much restrictins on officers. Especially when they were out of uniform and didn't do nothing about it. I'm literally bout to leve TRC and rockport and join city of Norfolk and the PD
