As a person still connected to the sword clan community, yet not leading a sword clan (leaving me an unbiased source) I find that I'd be a reliable person to actually create a Top Sword Clan list, and continue to release one once a month. So down below are clans I consider to be Top Sword Clans for the month of April.
This is not official, but just something I haven't done in a while.
Please note all lists are in-order from 1-15.
LEADING TWO
Evolution Imperium
Skilled Force
These two are the top Sword Clans nonetheless, no matter what they are unmatched by anyone below, and will most likely hold the spots for months to come.
TOP SIX
Royal Blood
Spectrum Security
Black Hawk Brigade
Sky Clan of Roblox
These four clans are of course some of the strongest clans in the community as of the moment. Proven to be highly stable and have been around long enough to hold these positions. However, they are close enough to where their positions within this section of the list will most likely change within the upcoming months. Although they are close with one another, they still are too strong to be matched by anyone below the number-six spot, but it's possible one of the lower contenders can beat out the lowest ranking.
STRONGEST TEN
Imperial Concord
Zircon Empire
Prime Legion
Imperial Shadows
These four clans, consist of three rising stars, and a sword clan that has done mostly minority work for the longest time. They hold positions on this list and the one's further down on this list cannot compare to the clans in this section of the list. These clans rankings will change within the upcoming weeks, and most likely one will become strong enough to bounce up to the Top Six position beating out one of it's current members.
HONORABLE MENTIONS

Fire Warrior Clan
H.A.U
Black Wolf Empire
The Vaxtarian Empire
These clans honestly are mentioned due to where they stand in the community, holding influence, activity, or skill. Although they do not rank close enough to the top-10 to be a contender, they are still on the list as Honorable Mentions and have a good chance of ranking up in the future.

NFC honestly died off after Belmont retired and Ez got a hold of it.
They've done nothing of the sort.
And I hate to say it, but SCR is extremely-extremely active. 35+ to events on average throughout the day. With highs nearing 50+.
