The problem is that the rate varies greatly depending on what you use to find the value of it with. Some sort of system for finding out the average people have paid for their R$, but that's quite a lot of effort for a price tag. I'll do the maths for the purchase rates and DevEx rate:
Lowest purchase rate (NBC):
400 for $4.95
$1 = 80.8 R$
Lowest purchase rate (BC):
450 for $4.95
$1 = 90.9 R$
Highest purchase rate (NBC):
75,000 for $499.95
$1 = 150 R$
Highest purchase rate (BC):
100,000 for $499.95
1$ = 200 R$
DevEx rates:
100,000 for $250
$1 = 400 R$
