I think it is a good idea. I also have rules the Mods should have about Members creating New Faces.. 1. If you face resembles to a existing face you will get a Warning, If your caught 2 more times thats a Automatic 1 Day BAN. 2. There should be a Template for the User to create the Face On.. Theres 2 Things that are needed to make the face.. The Eye Part, And the Mouth Part (Of Course) And for Optional, There is the Nose Part, Ear Part, and Hair Part. But Remember No copying other faces. 3. Easily We Know Noobs Could Just Put Images And Innapropriate Stuff on the Face, There Should be a New Mod called "Face Images Moderator," So they could check the Whole Face All Day. If they find Bad Language/or Innpropriate Images They Will Reject The Face and Possibly a Warning or Ban Depending on the Language or Image. Thats What I have to say, Give Me More Ideas Too!

mods dont care if you copy, so rule 1 would be ignored

Yeah also there are ALOT of players on ROBLOX, there will bound to be people that have SIMMILAR faces. Also it would take alot of time for Mods to look at every customised on ROBLOX
