The pros of the idea
----------------------
There are few amazing pros to this idea, I will list some .
1. Original and fun games will have a chance to be popular.
This pro is a great thing that will bring much more popularity and fun to the site.
The problem that we have right now is that there are to many UN-original, and boring games on the front page because of their popularity, not there fun.
2. Copied and scam games will be cleansed from the page.
By adding this feature to ROBLOX, the games like "Town of Robloxia", and "Obby for robux!" will disappear and more original and fun games will take their place.
By doing this, the community will be greatly pleased, and many former ROBLOXians will return!
3. Group places will be taken from the front page.
I'm not saying group places are bad or anything, but I think the actual games should be on the page, and the GPs can stay on the group places tab on a groups profile. Another feature the admins could add would be a group places tab on the genre button, and an option to choose if your place is a group place or a normal game when making the game.
The cons of the idea
---------------------
1. It's a hard job to manage, taking many moderators to manage the front page it can limit the functionality of other areas of the ROBLOX site.
But I think with enough work this problem can be compromised, possibly taking a few of the best admins and having them work in that area of the site might work.
But I think ROBLOX can come up with a better solution.
Conclusion
----------
I think this is a great feature to add to the site, raising the fun and originality of the site really pleases the community.
And also, please judge the idea by the quality of the pros and cons, not the amount.

Roblox doesn't have time to manage the front page 24/7 you will just have to simply ignore the games the dislike and favorite the games you do like. |

I don't want you to prioritize this.
Games that people like whether they're original or not can be on the FP.
Games put on FP with bad feedback can be removed. |

I have to admit though, the popularity front page has got a lot better than it was before. |

Sorry, I missed another specification.
The moderators will decide off the opinions of the community itself, for example, most people hat Julius coles Town of Robloxia game.
Yet, due to the player count, it is still kept there.
So by having this feature added, it will get rid of it due to the dislike showered upon it.
By the way, this is just an example. |

No support, a game with a lot of players, a lot of thumbs up, make a lot of money, or have a lot of buys. The recommended really needs some updating though, and I admit that the BC area really is an incredible noob fest of games. Plus, if you got a bunch of people to join your game, and it's a good game, you shouldn't have to wait 'til a mod approves it for it to be on the front page. |
