how to make bricks not glossy/matte

roblox normally makes bricks glossy and they always have a sheen to it. this makes bricks stand out more and i am trying to make a stealth aspect to my game, so this is in the way as people are spotted very easily. is there any way i can make bricks matte?

idk maybe make the bricks a little transparent? not sure if they reflect anything then.
