OVERVIEW
I think, and probably most other people, think the community on roblox is horrid. There needs to be a system for the roblox players that dont just OD, troll, and hate. It will be called a "Good Robloxian" badge, and it will be awarded to players who have not been warned/banned within 1 year, If you get banned, you have to wait a year before you get it again.
Of course, its really easy not to be warned/banned in 1 year, so you can also get this taken away if enough users vote against you. You can "repent" and give a certain amount of robux, and depending on how big the amount is, votes can be taken away.
What this badge will do is
1. Tell others youre a good person.
2. Give you special abilities.
3. Let you VOTE.
SPECIAL ABILITIES
Now the special ability thing is not anything unfair, but it will be useful.
I imagine that moderators go through a huge list of reports, but with this special ability, your reports will be outlined, and bolded, making it more noticable. Also, any reports against you will be highlighted, to keep you in check. The special ability will also let your role in "Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down" system be bigger. There will be a separate thumbs up and down meter, only for the Good Robloxians. That one will count more.
The last special ability is the ability to write REVIEWS. Reviews will be different than the commentary, and you have to give the game a score (for example, 7/10), and write WHY you think so. Those reviews can be thumb'ed up and down, and whichever one with the most thumbs ups will be the first one you see.
VOTING
If this works, it will improve Roblox by a LOT. Voting will be hosted by the Roblox admins and moderators, and only Good Robloxians can vote. They will ask a question, give possible outcomes, and the Good Robloxians will answer it, for example,
Q: Should be step up our moderation of online dating?
Pros: Will reduce online dating
Cons: Will reduce other moderation
Yes: 70
No: 10
Unsure: 5
The admins will know what people will want more, and will take that into consideration. This will stop the flow of bad updates or moderation, or anything else.

Complete support. Great idea because some Robloxians are generally great people and want to make a change in this game. Allowing "Good Users" to vote against bad people will help because generally, user reports aren't noticed unless the user has been reported multiple times. I also think it is a great idea because of the voting. But I do thing the time between waiting for the award should be redused to 6-10 months rather than a year. Other than that, total support. Probally one of the best ideas I've ever read.

I think you misunderstand. Even if you dont get it right off the bat, you can still get it in x amount of time if you dont get warned or banned. |

The comments section only lets you use 200 something characters. I would imagine the reviews to be longer and more in depth. Also, spam.
