like sonic grew out of his free models phase and he makes quality builds themes now that no other group on ROBLOX has.
I think FEAR is predetermined by its previous status and crap bases but I just went to their current base and its actually quality. |

It's not really.
Every time FEAR 'redeems' itself, it always has something else that brings it down.
That's currently SONIC's lack of care for the clan, and the disorganization of the HRs.
It's trainings as a result, are garbage, and the members of FEAR are no better trained than they were prior to joining the clan, the only difference is that they're *SLIGHTLY* more collective in tactics. |

that's what makes FEAR so great. Its an introduction clan to ROBLOX. When old users like myself the smallest clans would always say they were at war with RAT and FEAR. While the other half of the community would join FEAR. RAT and FEAR feuds were really fun and the both of them really shaped the community today.
But you're right the inexperience of the members are problematic but I think this game needs a starter clan and that clan is FEAR. |

too lazy to rephrase this but
I'd really like to say that FEAR needs to work on raising it's standards for trainings. A promotion should be a work of labor and love, not something handed out for such simple tasks, and merely obeying orders to a minimal extent. It should only be given to exemplars, not the bare minimum or attention hogs.
FEAR needs to model it's trainings after what has been shown to work in VOID, VAK, TSD, TGI, etc.
It needs to be very skill based, while also creating educatory programs to teach these skills to new members. Both must be balanced very carefully, and be precise and accurate.
It should always be upon the following principles:
Speed, reflex, accuracy, timing, and efficiency.
These should always be the root of every training, and more should always be piled on top of that.
TeamSpeak, a RaidCall, something of the sort, should always be highly recommended for a training. In-game chat is too inefficient, and has too much of a delay time.
The members must be taught and enforced with maturity. There is no reason to have an immature member be a Specialist, regardless of age. They should give FEAR the proper look it needs, rather than showing the clan world what the average member prior to their training looks like.
And lastly, the concept of Forum trainings must be brought up.
FEAR needs to represent itself better within the clan world, showing off it's best members to the C&G forum. The average 9 year old Private cannot be the face of FEAR and still give FEAR a good reputation. The 9 year old Private must become the 9 year old VOID-annihilating Private, so that he may become a Corporal, and then a Specialist, and so on.
But most importantly, SONIC must take care of his clan, and give it the resources and time it needs in a public spotlight in order to give FEAR the sense of hyperactivity a clan of such scale needs. RAT has overpassed FEAR because FEAR appears inactive now. That must change for FEAR to have success. |

tl;dr
start doing trainings that actually train and statistically improve speed, reflex, accuracy, timing, and efficiency, and bring the average FEAR member to be as skilled as a VOID Grub. |

FEAR members dont need to be as skilled as a VOID Grub because its a clan with more than 100,000members. They aren't a tryhard group of clanhoppers. |
