It has a tutorial on GUI making, as well as the API for GUIs so you can script them. It has a tutorial on animations too (I think) as well as the API for running animations.

I don't think the wiki is a great place to actually learn the basics. You should try grabbing some really basic free models, like a lava brick or a clickable door or something, and try to analyse and understand the script. Try editing them a bit and eventually making it yourself. Then move on to the next models.

@Actual, you're right. I did that too, but to understand the scripts you should use the wiki instead of analysing it till you ragequit. Cheers.
