My idea is that Roblox could add a place where users can make their own hats, or add an idea for a hat. These ideas get voted, and the top 3 that wins the most votes can get published. Votes could be reset every week or so, and you are only allowed to vote 3 times, and you can't vote for an idea more than once.
It would make roblox better because it would make a stronger community, and avatars can be more personalised. |

For a moment I thought this idea was explaining that we should make our own hats, and upload them.
I was about to mention that limited hats could be copied and sold.

there wouldn't, because roblox would moderate the content before it is shown to users. They most likely wouldnt allow dominiuses unless they were exceptionally good. |

this could work, but only if the hats were published by ROBLOX and not the person. if somebody can frequently create decent hats, publish them, and sell them for 100 R$+ each, then they'd be sitting on a goldmine, and ROBLOX would have to pay them thousands through DevEx. |

They would be published by roblox ONLY. Users COULD get 20% of the profit as an idea, but for the most part, the money would go to roblox and roblox only. |

Yes, whilst it may be their creation, even if it was a 50/50 split, the user would still get tonnes of cash, and they will use Devex, meaning that roblox is losing out money.
It should ether be 20% or less, otherwise roblox will run the risk of losing money.
besides, this isnt about a way for NBC's making money. This is about people being having a chance to make what hat they would like on roblox.
