A way to have the "Top Rated" list from bad games

Make it so a account can't like a game if the person who created the game has the same IP address, this will prevent people from making a ton of ALTs and liking there poorly made game.

@xDist A game would not lose many likes from that scenario, and the kid could probably like it on his own computer when he gets home.
