It's just as good as I remember it. I didn't watch it in order because I know what happens in every episode, but I still rewatched the entire show. God, it was good... It was probably the best cartoon, if not the best TV show live action or animated, that I have ever seen. And this isn't nostalgia speaking, I just rewatched an episode no more than an hour ago on my phone. So, seeing as I've been rewatching it, I began to think about it's cancellation. Not "why was it cancelled", it was because of low toy sales (they should've cut down the toy line and instead done some T-Shirts or a mobile app or something, if you ask me). No, I began to think some really depressing thoughts. The characters in YJ were all well developed, all were believable for their age-group. Knowing that I was watching it and that the story would not end, instead it just ends abruptly, gives me what physically feels like a hollowness below my ribcage and causes my heart to beat faster, along with the emotional aspects of it. Strangely enough, it's the same physio-emotional reaction that I get when I think about, of all things, the heat-death of the universe, human mortality and arguments for or against an afterlife. Essentially, the above paragraph was saying that I feel the same way about the cancellation of Young Justice as I do when I think about what happens to my consciousnesses after I die and when I consider that because everything we do will disappear because of laws of physics and thermodynamics everything we do is pointless. Maybe I feel that same emotion more strongly when I watch Young Justice then when I think about these highly depressing and philosophical concepts. Now, I don't know if it's because I was so attached to the world of Young Justice that I felt this way after the cancellation (kudos to the writers if that's the case) or something that appeared when I rewatched it due to a combination of nostalgia being accurate for once in my life and the knowledge that the story will never end. Maybe it's a combination of the two reasons stated earlier. Regardless, Young Justice has made an emotional impact on me, and that's quite an accomplishment for their writers. This isn't meant to be some "Bring back YJ" type thread, posting it here will do nothing and even a crowdfunded petition sent directly to CN headquarters did nothing. No, this is just me sharing some super depressing thoughts on TV cancellation an the end of the universe.

Jordan, I've boycotted CN due to Young Justice's cancellation, that's how much I hate that it was cancelled. Plus, there's those extremely depressing paragraphs I wrote about the end of the universe... Yeah...

"Well, that's just nostalgia speaking for you." Or maybe he actually likes it more than YJ, but hey. Opinions don't exist. It would be silly if they did.

"Or maybe he actually likes it more than YJ, but hey. Opinions don't exist. It would be silly if they did." Opinions are stupid. I don't have opinions, I have facts. The original Teen Titans wasn't that bad, though. It was nothing compared to Young Justice, but it's better than the crappy Teen Titans Go!.

ttg isn't nearly as good as the old teen titans but it does have some amusing episodes so i continue to give it a chance

Kisila, it doesn't matter if one or two episodes of TTG is mediocre, I hate it on principle. It replaced Young Justice and wasn't able to match or better the quality, therefore, everyone should hate it.

ttg is simply horrible, a disgrace to the teen titans series. the illustration of the characters make them look 6, at the same time, they dont fight crime; they rather fight with each other. Robin is simply crazy, Starfire is an imbecile who tries to act innocent, Raven is the same, Beast Boy is a d*** to everyone, Cyborg is annoying. Welcome to th- NO INTRODUCTION NEEDED. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
