It's extremely hard.
I quit 2011-2012.
The only way I was able to do that is because my comp was uh, bad. I couldn't run it at all.
Pretty much, the only way to quit Roblox is to lose your access to it entirely.
So if you're trying to quit, just do something that will literally make it so that you can't play it thats the only way.
Oh but you can't, you won't. Even as you read this your body begins to twitch.
Yes, you need Roblox.

I came back due to boredness after recovering from surgery on my foot, but what really helped me stay quit when I was quit was to have ROBLOX blocked on my router.
