Basically..
The person who modified the clothing can decide which ranks and higher can wear them, they cannot set it to a higher rank than theirs.

This forum thread shows that ignorance does exist. I asked one person who had - I think - the same idea, but I asked them to elaborate and they refused. Since they refused to elaborate it left the idea way too broad for anyone to know exactly what they are suggestion.
This thread also shows that there are smart people on ROBLOX. People who elaborate when asked. |

Copy/paste of what I said in the other thread:
This thread is funny. I would support this, but I figured out that you could just script this in a game (your war base for example). To be honest, they could buy the highest ranking clothes if they want, but it still shows them as a lower rank on the group (plus you can have the game show their rank if you don't want to script in clothes by rank).
When I say script it in, I mean that the game would change your clothes as soon as you join to whatever clothes that would fit that rank (people in an enemy group or just not in any group related to yours, would also get their own clothes or not be changed at all). Anyways, that's what I think. Not sure if what I said was a support or not, but it is what it is. Your welcome.

I'm not just talking about clans, I'm talking about groups in General, You can just wear the correct outfit/uniform like you should be, whether it's a clan or business.
