Particle effects could lead games to be more successful!

Everyone of you has seen the particle effects! They're all looking really good! Even as the ones from the past years! Still each year they get new ones in , which doesn't matter to me, I even find it good! Nevertheless is it really that smart if Roblox just removes them? For some games, old particle effects would even look better so why not keep them all? Of course throughout the time the graphic improves ,but most of them are still and could be very useful to builders like me! Tell me what you think!

Particle effects are very important to most games out there, so I would have to agree with you. But we are entering a new area by us creating our own effects as well. I wish they could find a way to reduce lag (due to particle effects) though. Also, I think there should be a new particle effect. Now it wouldn't be like any of the old ones. It would make the object glow a certain color. What I mean by glow, is not give off light, but just be a color you can clearly see in the dark. Kind of like glow sticks, just not actually giving off any lights. It's kind of hard to explain. Anyone get what I'm saying or have a better way to explain it? ~MightyDantheman

Mighty, can you do this by adding a small amount of flame on it? or a pointlight with like .2 strength?
