No place picture thumbnail

Ok on two of my games, when I update, the picture turns into a grey X. This happens no matter what the camera is looking at. I can version history back to a thing where I have the thumbnail, but I always lose it when I update. Any ideas?

Hmm... It might just take a couple of minutes because that's what happens to me sometimes then like 5 minutes or show it comes up, but if it doesn't you could update ROBLOX or email // message ROBLOX. ~ Gaintsfan1219
