The CPM was formed by a group of survivors in 2058. It's goal is to provide survivors and wastelanders with a place to live, food, and protection from the undead and raiders, their tensions are high with the GPOC, and they are friendly with the CES and CDC.
Their most commonly issued weapon is the 9mm SMG, with a 9mm Pistol.
