Bmoreno830 & Rvnz for Governor/Lt.Governor ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Imagine, if you will — a more citizen involved and stable Rockport. I’d like for you to picture it in your mind. It’s not as hard to do as you'd think, all you need is a Governor and Lieutenant Governor who are devoted and determined to make it happen, and we’re those men. We have many plans and ideas when it comes to improving Rockport, from improving our current departments, all the way down to focusing more on Congress and the opinions of the citizens. Bmoreno830 - Greetings fellow citizens of the State of Rockport. As you must be aware, I am running for the position of Governor alongside my running mate Rvnz. The Governor is, as we all know the Head of the Executive branch, and remains in charge of the House of Representatives during the absence of a Speaker; this could be tasks such as holding House of Representatives elections, all the way to holding an emergency session to remove a corrupt elected official. I am currently serving out the remainder of my fourth term as the representative, and during this remarkable journey serving the people of Rockport I have gained extensive knowledge about how not to just serve the people, but to do my job well. During my first term as your representative in July, I introduced the first bill of its kind which called for legal self defense weapons, which was passed however never implemented. Serving as your representative for all this time has taught me so much about Rockport, and has taught me that I need to always make the time to be open and aware of the opinions of everyone in our state. I visit our cities and actively participate in Rockport events, which gives me a unique perspective over the problems and issues that plague our state. While serving as a representative, I have introduced numerous bills based on issues I’ve seen at our cities. I also currently serve as a Private First Class in the RNG, and served during the first HLS - SWAT conflict. Although relatively new to our state compared to some other candidates, me and my running mate are prepared for the job, prepared to have an amazing term during our administration. In conclusion, let Rockport be Rockport again, and make the right choice. Rvnz - Hello, citizens of the State of Rockport. As you know, I am running for the position of Lieutenant Governor alongside of Bmoreno830. The Lieutenant Governor of the State of Rockport in in-charge of maintaining the Senate in our Congress; this could be from Senate elections to Senate sessions where the Senators can present their legislation. I am currently in my third term as Senator, and along the way I have gained superior knowledge of the position and how it works in the Legislative Branch. I have passed numerous pieces of legislation during my terms as Senator, that helped the people of Rockport in numerous ways. Being in Congress has taught me a lot about Rockport and it’s law-making process, and with the Senate we will continue to pass laws/bills that help the people, revolve around the voice of the citizens, and will improve each individual branch within our Government. I visit our cities and other Rockport affiliated places frequently; and I tend to notice the problems we have within our State, and with the Senate we can fix these problems by passing the appropriate bills to fix these cracks in our State. Next, the Senate is responsible for approving selected officials for the Cabinet positions (Director/Secretary/CoS). The Senate and myself will only approve of experienced candidates for each rank, to improve our Departments and Rockport altogether. In my time in Rockport, I have also served as Mayor of Monica for 2 terms; where I learned a lot about managing cities and congress. Second, I have been the Election Committee Head for 4 terms; and in these 4 terms I have gained superior knowledge over elections, their rules, and how they are run. And to list, I am a current RDPS Deputy Director, HLS Counter-Terrorism Unit, Ex RDOT Instructor, etc. Therefore, I am knowledgeable about our many departments and I plan to assist the Governor in running them smoothly throughout our term. In conclusion, let Rockport be Rockport again, and make the right choice. In continuation, over our time in Rockport we have noticed many problems, and this is how we plan to fix them. At first, we plan to select a few people for our new administration. We will do this to ensure that the Departments who are in the worst shape and need good leadership, will obtain experienced Department heads who know how to do their job correctly and efficiently. The rest of the positions, will be elected by you, the citizens; We are doing this to ensure that you get a voice in who you want to lead your Departments. In addition to improving Rockport departments, we plan to increase the number of Congressional sessions through executive action; in which the Congress will be enabled to present and deliberate on more pieces of legislation than in previous administrations, amplifying the voice of the citizens. Our administration, specifically gubernatorial candidate Bmoreno830, will only sign bills into law which help the state, and resemble the voice of the people. In accordance with our past conflicts, we plan to improve the Department of Homeland Security by introducing a new entry method; not only will the citizens have to pass a tryout, but they will also have to complete a written test to prove they are ready to join the Department. This is important because HLS protects our Capitol, all government property, and it’s officials; so those who enter the Department will need to be qualified. To remedy the current issues between TRC and HLS, we plan to introduce legislation which would remove the black line currently at the City of Remmington; we would present this to Congress to prevent future conflicts between HLS and The Robloxian Cops, to let Rockport be Rockport and TRC be TRC. In order to give the Rockport News Production more purpose, we plan to give the RNP the job of compiling the week’s events such as a flight and posting a new forum every Friday, this forum post would also include any elections or government announcements; this forum would be kept in the Rockport shout over the weekend to keep our citizens informed. Of course, we have a much larger agenda for Rockport than can be outlined here, an agenda based around the citizens, for the citizens. So, let Rockport be Rockport again, and make the right choice. In conclusion, we chose to run for office this summer because our experience within the Legislative branch has taught us that above all else, that we must focus on the citizens; to ever bring Rockport to the peak of it’s potential. Throughout the last few terms, the citizens voice was often ignored or disregarded. We will ensure that the citizens of our State are not left out nor ignored. We will amplify the peoples’ voice in Congress; and ensure that their ideas are introduced to the Senate and the House of Representatives. We will ensure that our Departments are run efficiently and correctly to prevent any further conflict or misconduct in the cities.
