We all know that live chat is here, and it has been here for a long time, we all know it works perfectly fine yet it's still considered a "beta" feature to only be "tested" by premium members. Really? Testing things is normally reserved for the test site (whichever one it may be), not to be "tested" out by premium members. They opened this up on September 2nd and it's been almost 3 months now, it is clearly working, I can see how you want a BC beta feature but this is just ridiculous. Please unlock this for all of us so we can experience on site chat.
