@Lonely, I don't see an influx of scrubs coming to enjoy the anime medium through the success of AoT as a negative thing. In fact, that's similar to how most of us anime watchers and enthusiasts started out..

I don't like how people hate on AOT just because it's liked by many. AKA hipsters. AOT was awesome for me. I loved all the fight scenes, the opening theme was awesome, and the characters captured my interest many times. Armin! *fangirling*

"ask egu what manga is getting an adaption and can be SAO 2015" pretty sure an anime started for a light novel that is essentially SAO if SAO was set in a real fantasy world that was essentially a video game. don't remember the name though, something to do with dungeons idk if it'll be that popular though, the MC isn't a self-insert gary stu like kirito

Yeah, Kirito later on in the series did anything at all and got things like: "Wow how did he do that" "Where did he learn that" And just....SAO got terrible fast.
