Would be very efficient and it is needed against exploiters and abusers of any sort. Could also be used for a custom esc menu in replace of "Leave Game" |

scriptable |
@MTSU
LOL. No it is not. I've tried.
All you can do is crash a player, not close their client. Stop being so ignorant. |
You do realize this is based on a admin script
The owner of the script would have to script it in by themselves, So it would be best to request that idea to the owner of the script. |

Support, but it would also be nice if we could specify a parameter (which would be true by default)
e.g:
:Kick(true) would close ROBLOX player
:Kick(false) act like :Kick() does today
Riggy my siggy. |
@Lumez
No.. just add it in general to the :Kick() function.
I want this to be added so I can make a custom esc menu. |
You can already do this... You really need experience man. |
@fish
no you can't... stop.
you can barely script, and all you do is use free modeled scripts that are very inefficient |
No, it is not possible to close the window currently after you kick them.
ROBLOX is currently working on something like this though. I don't mean they have it planned -- they're currently working on it at this very moment. The screen will go black, the camera will be locked, and the developer will be able to display a custom kick message.

Lol it seems only like 2 people here know what :Kick() does

Oh really? Quiz me. I know more than you do. ANd i never use free models. |
@fish
You obviously don't know about :Kick()
Go fix your ignorance before you try to assume you are better than me. You are NOT better than me, and never will be. |

Did someone just question Lord EchoReaper on scripting?
~nearly almost close to being somewhat fairly decent at rcl~ |
@Echo
I've had this bookmarked for days. I just posted this so hopefully they can see it. |

@fish
What does nil mean?
How do you safely teleport a player?
How do you make a PointLight flash random colors once every second?
How do you make a day/night script that takes 24 minutes to complete a full day?
Is it spelled Lua or LUA?
Riggy my siggy. |

What does nil mean?
Not in existance?
How do you safely teleport a player?
AssetService and TeleportService
How do you make a PointLight flash random colors once every second?
make a loop and change the color to Color3.new(math.random(),math.random(),math.random())
How do you make a day/night script that takes 24 minutes to complete a full day?
:SetMinutesAfterMidNight()
Is it spelled Lua or LUA?
Lua |

And what Kick does is kick a player out of the game(says it shutdown). But there are ways to get around the window not closing |
Kick() is a function that destroys the player instance, the player's character, and (should - it doesn't) closes the connection.
If you really want to kick someone so that they can't see anything, run a while true do loop on their client. |
^ You can just put a black frame in the players PlayerGUi and use the kick function on them... |
@fish
I MEANT CLOSE THE CLIENT. OH MY GOD. LEAVE. PLEASE.
Also, what I'm saying is they should add some code (C sided, or C++.. I forgot) that closes the client. |
^ it is C++ and what help do you give here? Also you can still close the client. I never said you have to use the Kick function to do that. Look deep into the API |
You. Can't. Close. The. Client.
How ignorant are you?
Just stop. Honestly, you need to leave. |
look on the wiki. you will see you can. Do i need to make an example place for you to believe me? |
