Why do we have to be BC to make personal servers?

Why can't NBCs make personal servers? I am not BC/TBC/OBC and want to make a personal server. Why I can't? I want 1 reason! 1 reason from a moderator. That's not fair! Can you make NBC make a personal server? I say that because, I am in a group and I made for that that group a nice fort. Now, I want to add it to the group and I have to be BC to make it a personal server. Why!?

How about you Script it? I mean like, you can save the bricks and when someone comes it'll place everything. And you'll Script it like that you and your friends can only edit it. Tada! Personal Server :D

Personal servers are obsolete and broken now. No really, even the saving doesn't properly work and the tools have some problems. You can often see in S&I threads complaining about that, but I don't think they will be fixed at any time soon. Here's an alternate method that works properly, is more customizable and is available to NBCers: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Dynamic_place_creation_and_saving

@All: No one understand me. I am saying that because, I want to make a personal server and add it in a group. The King of the group want that place that I made it and want to add I in the group. But, I can't. I have to make it personal {BC needed} to add it to the group. Why roblox don't make personal servers for all?
