I have taken out the HRs who have a reason for their inactivity. Please note that: If a HR is new and hasn't hosted yet, I would ask you to either: - Not rate them or - Don't rate them badly because of them not hosting Instructions: 1. Arlong just approved a specific division to come back when he takes over, so at the moment i'm building that up so that it can be released. You'll see my real activity then.
