Oh, you know it. When you arrive on the scene, police have made a police line around a house that has been burnt to a crisp. You see a few of your men at what used to be the door of the house. |

I went to my men and asked "What's going in in here?" |
|

"A Freak murdered a businessman by burning down his house. We can tell the murderer was a freak because the fire left Sunpres residue." |
|

"I see, are there any witnesses?" |
|
|
"None willing to talk; people don't feel safe opposing the Freaks." |
|
|
"Probably they're on to them. So who is this businessman?" |

"His name was Cleveland Joel. We aren't sure of the motive, but from what we've found, it might have something to do with the Sunshine family." |

"Okay, thanks." After a short conversation, I went inside the burned house to investigate. |
|

|
You find the man in the middle of the living room, surprisingly not burnt to death. In fact, most of the living room was unburned. |
|
|
This is practically strange, as if this room isn't burnt at all. I began to search around the living room for clues. |
|
|
There is a couch, a chair, a tv, and a cabinet in the room.
And of course, there's the dead guy. |
|
|
Let's start first with the victim, probably check for any wounds or injuries. |
|
|
The guy got iced... literally. The dude took a chunk of ice to the heart. A Sunpres power you are well familiar of...
But it's not important. The point is the dude died from an ice blast. |
|
|
This doesn't make sense. A house got burnt and the victim is dead frozen. Could this mean that a pair of Freaks did all this? Now let's check the cabinet. |

The cabinet has a few empty Sunpres tri-point needles. |
|
|
|
They are typical Sunpres needles; three pointed, and a grip injection as opposed to a plunger. There are three in all; Brute Strength, Fire, and a rare Psychic needle. They are all empty, except for one. The Psychic needle is unused, and looks practically untouched. |

I'll take the psychic needle for further study. Now on to the TV.

There are a few fingerprints on it, most likely the victims with the way they're positioned. |
|
|
I examined the fingerprints, seems normal as is. Now on to that chair. |

|
It looks like it's been sat on recently. |
