[:Introduction Greetings everyone, it is time for resurgence. Out of IC’s 8 total war declarations during our second and current era, only one has been accepted. This said declaration was one upon Zircon Empire, which resulted in a victory for IC. Recently, IC has done a little bit of cleaning up with our external affairs department, which is now run by GodV5. GodV5 and myself made the executive decision to remove a long time ally of mine, and IC’s the other day. That said day, we made the choice to attack that ally alongside our new ally Exentric. We were victorious, with a fair amount of IC, and Exentric there. GodV5 and myself noticed a pattern with our former ally; they only won defenses when we defended them. We have been looking for war for a very long time now, and we believe that our former ally would be a perfect target. So, as of May 5, 2015, Imperial Concord hereby declares war upon Prime Legion, lead by Baron LordLancer. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [:Proposed War Terms -First to 12 offensive victories -Defensive wins do not count to the overall war score -Admin abuse results in a victory for the raiding side -Exploiting results in a voided server -Forts are not to be updated without both sides agreeing to the updates -Allies are NOT allowed to be used during this war -Raids are to occur during the following times: .Week Days: 5:30 PM EST - 10:00 PM EST .Week End: 11:30 AM EST - 11:30 PM EST -Raids that begin during the valid raid time and happen to go on past the time limit will continue until one side emerges victorious -A PL and IC only script are to be put at both sides' forts -Swords only -Old animations -Fort server sizes are to be shrunk to 30-35 -Terminal times at both forts are to be set to 1200 -After one side raids, the other side has 15 minutes to decide whether or not they want to counter raid. If they counter raid, there is a 1 hour cool down after the counter raid concludes. If they do not counter raid, then the 1 hour cool down begins from the time the first raid ended. -PL is to remove the hide name GUI from their fort ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ If LordLancer wishes to discuss war terms, he may contact myself, GodV5, or Kashiba321. I do realize Prime Legion has been attempting to engage in a war with Zircon Empire, but recent events have prohibited that from happening. ZE’s leader had to take a break from ROBLOX for real life issues for awhile, and ZE was also caught with extra health scripts at their fort. Also, as of recently, ZE has gone back in to development. It is of our opinion that the ZE war is not a valid reason for PL to decline. IMPORTANT :: make sure you enforce that they wear uniforms while defending, they sometimes do this thing where tjey chznge bodycolours to greyey green and they are impossible to see under water
