I can't join games!

I can't join games it's telling me to download the software but I already have it so I download it and it downloads like in 5 seconds and opens a new page of ROBLOX games. I tried restarting my laptop (Lenovo Windows 8.1) and nothing happened so I try to uninstall ROBLOX player but it says "Please wait until the current program is being changed." I don't know what to do I love ROBLOX so much :(

Restart your computer then try again, if it doesn't work come back.

I fixed it! Apparently ROBLOX doesn't work on Internet Explorer so I downloaded Chrome.
