Hello everyone,
As of May 7, 2015, I will be taking leadership of the the Sky Clan of Roblox. Although Nick the former leader is giving me SCR, he will stay as the second in command. The purpose of this thread is to inform SCR and community members of the changes that I will bring about with my return as the 1ic of the Sky Clan of Roblox.

► :||1. There will be a change in the promotion system. The current recommendations system will be replaced by a credit system. An often problem with the recommendations system is that some members do not receive the promotions they’ve earned in an SCR event due to occasional miscommunication among the HR staff. Another tedious task that comes with the recommendations system is that all the inputs must be put in manually. With the new credit system, everything will be completed in-game:
> Every rank will require a certain number of credits to be promoted.
> Whenever the number of credits for the next rank is achieved, the game will notify all Minister+ to promote the member to the next rank.
> All promotions and credits will be assigned in-game with a gui. This will solve the issue about members not receiving the promotions they’ve earned.
> If a member has achieved the max number of credits for the rank, it will not allow an HR to assign more credits to that member until he or she has gotten her promotion.
► :||2. I will instate a new policy among the HICOM in SCR. This policy will include the following:
> No SCR HR will be allowed to DDoS or phish any person or accounts.
> No SCR HR will be allowed to exploit other clan events.
> If an HR is found to do one of the following with proof provided, I will be demoting him or her to [4] Drone.
> No Crusader who does any of the following will be given the chance to take the HR test.
► :||3. There will be a few changes in the current HICOM. It has been brought to my attention that some of our HICOM members are inactive or incapable. I will be giving one week from now (May 14) for all HICOM members to become active and prove that they are capable of keeping their rank. Those who excel during this time period will be given a chance for a promotion. I will also be reinstating Collin201 not as a Minister, but as a Sky Council member as I believe that he is one of SCR’s best High Ranks. This plan will further refine the current state of the HR staff in SCR. By May 14, there will be no more major changes in the HICOM other than the occasional Crusaders who pass their High Rank exam. For those who are demoted during this one week period, you may PM me if you were away or had a reasonable excuse.
► :||4. I will be focusing on forming new alliances with prominent sword clans in the community. I hope to bring about 2-4 close and active alliances. If you are interested in allying with the Sky Clan of Roblox, PM me the name of your clan and a group link. That would be much appreciated.
► :||5. I will be checking on the state of all directorships and if there are any changes that are needed on the current directorships, they will be finished by May 14.
► :||6. In Nick's reign, the Sky Council served as the second of command as a whole. Since I think this results in other complications and confusion, I will be instating a chain of command among the Sky Council. This chain of command will most likely be finalized by the end of May.
► :||7. Lastly, the Sky Clan of Roblox will focus on wars after the following changes above have passed. SCR will most likely be ready between May 16-May 26. If you are interested in a war with SCR, send me a private message. With the focus on wars, I hope to better our position and reputation in the sword community.

Prophetsparrow, if we ever choose to use guns, it will take us at least a couple months to make the proper tech.
Kinggaming, if they continue to do so, I will gladly exile him or her.
And Alex, I never said I was making the credit system. I simply stated that the recommendations system will be replaced with a credits system during my leadership. I will give you the "credit" you and DevTools deserve with another thread that discusses the new system. |
