It’s Luedizer’s, and I am here today, to ask you for your time to read and support me for Rockport Department of Transportation's Director. You may all be asking what skills and experiences do I have, well below is some of my very well and amazing achievements and everything is valid. Expecting my experience to grow, and become larger, I have been working very hard and believe me or not, I don’t look at ranks as to power, as to helping a worldwide community grow strong, and make sure it’s a fun, loyal, and dedicated program of Transportation! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬【Changes in Mind】▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Everyone comes to me, and asks me daily, what have I done to help change Rockport Department of Transportation, and the answer to that question is, activity. Yes, activity. I believe I have helped increase activity MAJORLY, and I believe by a few more changes, and fixes, I believe that Rockport Department of Transportation can be strong. However, along side of the Activity Increment change, I have other changes in mind and a few of those are stated below, and some of them are VERY interesting. More Interaction: People may ask me what I mean by “More Interaction”, well by this I mean as to more contracted services, which I have started this term, however I’ll explain more of those new upcoming topic which I have given birth to, and has been growing strong. However, I believe by more interaction, means more activity, and entertainment, and that’s what the Department of Transportation needs to give and receive. [more explained in section 5] The Rebirth of the Rules and Guidelines: Yes it has came to my attention that a lot of people are complaining that the rules and guidelines are MAJORLY outdated, and yes, I did update them at the beginning of the term, and it indeed look a lot better, however, I am looking forward of rewriting the whole entire Rules and Guidelines so it’s more thoroughly and much easier to comprehend and understand. Equipment..? Yep! I have been working very hard this term, and I have tried my best, and I have gotten someone to make us actually more road care equipment, vehicles and et cetera. However, they will sadly not be done before the new term starts. However, I am working my very hardest to make sure the vehicles and stuff is done so you guys can get to use them on the field! Supervisor Jobs, It’s been a hard and long thought and I've finally decided to give each and every supervisor a certain job and they must follow and do that job or they have a chance of being removed! This being said, this will organize RDOT more than it used to be, which will help make a better term! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬【Contracted Services】▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The new services within Rockport Department of Transportation has been launched just a few weeks ago, and the test round which was with Tron’s Bus and Taxi Service turned out pretty good. This being said, I am glad to announce that if I was to serve another term, there will be a lot more Contracted Services, and the way Contracted Services will work is explained in down below: The stated Service Group has been made, and ranks have been purchased. There must be a “RDOT Secretary” rank within the group. Once the group and ranks are made, start recruiting at least 20 members, of that service, and start up a google document explaining the use of the service, and why it would be useful to Rockport and RDOT itself. After google document is made, a(n) agreement will come up within the Rockport Department of Transportation's Director, the Lt. Governor, and the Governor of Rockport. If ⅔ agrees the service will be contracted. RDOT will be allied to EVERY Contracted Service, and those who own the Service will be ranked at “Board of Directors”. - This is a brief explanation of the newly and improved Contracted Service programmed by myself, Luedizers (Winter Director Term). This is a new system, and I believe it will make Rockport Department of Transportation have more enjoyment, and excitement within Allied Representation for Rockport. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬【Elections over Selections】▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Yes! I am 100% against the Favoritism, and thus stated will not occur within Rockport Department of Transportation. This being said, in the start-up of my term if elected into position, there will only be five (5) HAND PICKED supervisors, to help launch the RDOT Activity, whilst that is going on, Head Supervisors and Head of Complaint Elections will go on. Those 5 Supervisors will be able to help manage the elections and help the Deputy Directors+ with the tasks of the start-up term. Elections will persist of when there is 5 less than the Maximum amount which will be for Supervisors fifteen (15), Head Supervisor one (1), and Head of Complaints one (1). No one will be given the ranks unless either showing good and great skill, and making sure they are active, and they must be approved by ⅔ of the Administration, Supervisors, higher. This will limit the abuse of corruption within invalid elections. My first term was alright, and I want my second one to be PERFECT!
