Technically, he has been impeached. He no longer holds the position of "Vice President", thus impeached. Unless he left for some odd reason that I am unaware of.

Actually a Supreme Court justice was their to preside due to c8k being inactive asf (which I allowed since a Chief Justice is a regular justice )
