I'm not even totally sure that Web browsers are designed for displaying dozens to even thousands of parts at once, and some models are even bigger... So I am kinda neutral on this one, since I have never seen any game or anything that runs in a Web browser deal with things like thousands of parts...

yeah thats true ..but maybe a 3d view feature for models with a specific part count ...like not more than 20 parts... or maybe only a 3d view for catalog items wich are jsut made of one or two parts and only meshes !!!
