Studios as a seprerate group type

I have an Idea for a new type of group called Studios. Studios would work like groups except for a few key differences. Instead of having groups just called Studios, these would allow for more efficient and better game development and easier flow of currency between the creator and the workers. 1. Studios would be able to pay their members using group funds on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This would either have no, or a very small (0.05%) roblox developer "tax". This would allow for efficient flow of payment, so creators don't have to pay developers IRL or have the workers have builder’s club and just being able to buys shirts and what not from them. Pay would also be able to be toggled on and off. 2. Studios would cost 250-500 Robux to create, this would stop them from being abundant and having empty studios floating around with no one in them. 3. Workers activity on the project and on Roblox would be shown in the options tab. This would let the creator monitor the workers, and know whether they were working or not. 4. Studios would be able to be followed like players. 5. Two "Shout systems" One for people in the studio only, then one for the group's followers. So they can see the progress and patches being made on the game. 6. Nothing can be deleted off the wall, this would allow for higher ups not to abuse the workers and let all opinions be seen. 7. The group place would be owned by the group, and can be toggled on and off. Any profits from the game (made from in-game purchases or just from visiting it) would go directly to the group fund. 8. In the home page, people with in a studio will have a separate box (like for group shouts) except at the top by where the player can make a shout. This would show deadlines (created by the creator) and the group shout. 9. No allies or enemies for a studio. 10. Players in a studio should have the studio's icon in the bottom right hand corner of their picture on their profile page. Like the primary group except to the right of it. 11. Nbc's can be in one studio BC - can be in two studio's TBC - can be in five studio's OBC- can be in ten studio's

There could be a restriction to where people can't post for 30 minutes if they post 5 times in a row in a certain time limit. Also, about the first idea, people could use studios for donation centers instead, which could easily be abused. Other than that, I support.
