Computer shuts down while playing roblox

Need help with this problem. it's been happening for a while and I just played a game that shut down on my like a minute ago. I can't do this anymore. Someone help

Well, alienware's are quality gaming PC's... I suppose they would not heat up... and it is strange to hear of one shutting down when you enter roblox... I have a Toshiba Satellite L755 and I have never had this problem.

I suspect overheating or a driver issue, give us the cpu, gpu and ram any other information is helpful also.

Oh, another thing that it could be, you might not be getting enough power like for instance a bad battery or power cord

Have You (or anyone else who plays ROBLOX) Taken A Zombie Model? If You (or they) Have, You've (or they've) Also Picked Up A Virus Which Does That. My Suggestion Is To Run An Anti-Virus Software "Immediately" And Remove It Otherwise Your PC Will Screw Itself Over Eventually.

It's not likely a virus, try playing another game such as minecraft and let us know.

It's most likely not a virus from ROBLOX, some of my friends have said after downloading roblox, that they got a virus on their computer.. but roblox really does not cause viruses or millions of people playing roblox would have this same issue.
