It has been one week since the OCFAN announced it's ten Heisman candidates. You, the fans, players, coaches, analysts and officials of this fine league voted and made your voices heard. All votes were placed into a formula based on points to determine the winner. Each player, and assistant coach vote was worth 1/3 of the final count, and each head coach, league official, and analyst vote was worth 2/3 the final count. You all voiced your opinion, now it's time to announce your OCFA season two, three Heisman finalists. -The Three Finalists- Camboogenz, Quarterback - The Ohio State University DwarfElfGuy, Wide Receiver - Arizona State University Acefighter101, Quarterback - Alabama University Round two of the voting begins now. You may post your vote in this forum. Head coaches, league officials, and analysts may vote anonymously by PMing me, sillykid99, their vote. The second round's voting ends on Friday, May 22, 2015 at 7:45 PM EST. The OCFA Season Two Heisman Trophy winner will be announced on Friday, May 22, 2015 at 8:00 PM EST at the OCFAN meeting place. Definently rigged dwarf is nowhere better than dominator like if I had to compare the 2 irl dwarf would be a bench warmer on some trash highschool team like 3rd string and dominator would be lile a Dez Bryant My vote: AceFighter QB Alabama

PS - This is not rigged in any way. You can even go back to the other forum and count, I did it twice. I only accepted votes from people on teams. Also, some 2/3 votes came in anonymously by head coaches, officials, and analysts so you won't find those. I sent the results to the other Deputy Commissioners after posting this.
